Our philosophy is to recreate the classics of our past with a modern twist using the freshest and most sustainable foods and techniques of the future. Our entire menu is organic and we are DEDICATED GLUTEN-FREE. Everything is made fresh from scratch in our kitchen. Sustainability and local sourcing of ingredients are an important part of our mission. We procure the freshest ingredients possible including items harvested every day at my local Organic Aquaponic Farm, Future Foods Farms.
